We would like to expresss our heartfelt thanks to Natalie for the excellent coordination of our trip to Korea. We did a private tour as we needed to customise the itinerary to make it more wheelchair friendly. Thank you for checking in on us every few days when we were there (to ensure that all were well as we were travelling with a group of seniors above 60 years old). Natalie conducted the pre-departure briefing after her working hours so that most of us could attend the session. We were also grateful to Mandy for her advise and help with the booking of air tickets.

Our family members were very happy with the arrangement and they had enjoyed the trip tremendously. The local guide from Centour's partner in Korea also made the whole travel experience enriching and enjoyable for the family.

A few months ago, I went on a day trip to Batam through Centour. My friend was coming from Korea on short notice, and we didn't have much time left for planning the trip. The staff member was incredibly kind and helped us organize all the necessary information and put together a schedule. As soon as we arrived at Batam Port, we were picked up and taken on a well-organized tour that allowed us to experience the main attractions and representative foods and snacks of Batam in a short amount of time. Both my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank you so much for your attention to detail throughout the entire trip. We will definitely use your services again next time.

We did a private tour with my family to Hangzhou and Shanghai. Everything was well planned and flexible, if we wanted any changes to the schedule, it was easy to sort out and discuss. The tour guide kindly prepared a surprised for my daughter on her birthday. My friend, Dawn who works here helped us with planning the perfect holiday as well! Overall experience was great, would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely family trip to Da nang in July 2024. Everything was impeccably planned by the centour team according to our interests and needs. Centour Travel has helped us to arrange for our 9D Yunnan private tour for 24 people. It was such a great tour and we enjoyed a lot. The hotel and food provided was superb. Each meal served with various variety of meats and vege. We do not need to worry that food is not enough. Definetely a recommend travel agent to choose for your travel arrangements. We did a private guided tour to taipei and yilan and the experience was super. It was a good mix of urban and rural, at a perfect pace and suitable for all ages, especially for families with kids. We didnt have to worry a single bit about accommodation and transport, and had flexibility with our schedule given its private tour. We even had few days of free and easy on our own.

I recently engaged Centour to help me with my travel plans to Turkiye. Dawn has been exceptional in attending to my travel needs by providing me with a comprehensive and customizable list of itineraries and hotels to choose from, making the booking process smooth and enjoyable. Was at a loss when we realised 6yo and 4yo would not be able to book those generic ski resort day trip on klook as their minimum age is 7. As third party, klook couldn’t help us liaise to see if the partner ski resort would take us in. And skiing was meant to be the highlight of our Korea trip, why we even picked Korea in the first place. Thank God centour came into the picture and with only 1 month to spare, they understood our requirements and liaised directly with their Korean partners and came back to us with a quotation that covers what we asked for. Then came that day, fuss free, driver/ski coach picked us up from our hotel in his very spacious car, and because we were a private tour, we had the option of stopping mid way for meals. The flexibility was super awesome when we have 3 young kids in tow. Driver/ski coach then brought us to bypass the queue at the ski resort, he geared all 3 kids up and started coaching us patiently, parents first then kids. All of us had a super fun day skiing and we even ended late but driver/ski coach didn’t mind at all. We all left being able to grasp the basics of skiing. Much difference from our usual self plan tour/trips, this experience has spoiled me and I will def engage centour again. I always think tour agency cfm mark up and upsell while under deliver. Not the case for centour, very customised and private experience which you cannot get outside. Photos featuring driver/ski coach in white bottoms and the 4 and 6 yos skiing.

Nat helped us book our plane tickets and hotels and it was an absolute breeze working with her. The prices were competitive and the locations were central and easily accessible. The hotels came with good breakfasts and well equipped amenities such as swimming pools and gyms. Hit her up for the best deals!

Their liaison tour agency in China was very friendly, helpful and our tour had no hard selling at all. Natalie was super helpful with my indonesian helper's visa as well, covering all bases to ensure that she can make it for the trip. Definitely highly recommended. I chance upon this tour agent at katong and approach a staff called Dawn. She was so friendly and kind. I'm so glad you recommended a tour that was both reasonable and we had a great time.

The hotel in Thailand was excellent, and their service was superb. Their buggy service is 24/7, taking you to your destination, and it's conveniently located for those going to the MRT station – not far to walk. The area is lively and safe, with many tourists. Because of their comprehensive services, many people find it very appealing.

Their breakfast and supper are truly top-notch, far superior to other hotels.

However, Thai clothing, a two-day reservation is required, and when I went to see them, their outfits were really simple yet beautiful.

Thank you to Centour travel staff, they were happy to help, and even went out of their way to find a location for us and take some photos so we could get to know the place better and satisfying trip.
